Project Planning and Development
It all starts with a plan!
Our staff will meet with your team and work to define the project or the problem being addressed, define strategies and identify goals and purposes. MFCS will work with the client to develop budgets, research funding sources and finalized project metrics and expectations.
Funding Acquisition and Grant Procurement
MFCS will help your organization investigate and acquire grant resources and funding to support your project and help offset costs adding value to your project. We provide in-house grant writing services for government and business funding opportunities, including state and federal capital improvement grants and public facility grants, housing development and housing rehabilitation program grants, transportation and water & sewer infrastructure funding programs, and public safety and emergency services grants.
Project Implementation Management and Oversight
MFCS will provide project set up and organize implementation tasks. Included are responsibilities of developing and identifying schedules, project action events, tracking critical paths and milestones. Also, where applicable, provide construction management tasks and program audits with oversight of program activities on behalf of client.
Contract Compliance and Administration
Our firm will provide the services required by all project contract agreements with state, federal and/or business entities. Statutory compliance topics can include MWBE issues and EEO management, state and federal statutory procurement policy compliance, record keeping, accessing funds and status reports and more..
